Dead Bees and NO Help.  I just got my "final determination" that the USPS is not going to pay for the bees that they killed by placing them within a plastic USPS bag.  Initially, I was instructed by my local Illinois Post Office branch NOT to bring dead animals in for inspection, but rather bring photos and the rest of the packing material.  I did so, but later learned that I should have taken everything to a Missouri Post Office more than an hour away in a different state because it is the regional claims center for all of St Louis.  The bottom line is that I am without any bees and my $370.

I've lived in 63116 for almost a year and a half. I have had on online business for 17 years. I've never had a problem like this getting PRIORITY MAIL picked up. 5 days later, 10 days later. Picked up same day or 3 days later and never scanned. They're going to put me out of flipping business. I live in a four family building and my carrier doesn't deliver or pickup for anyone, for days. I find it hard to believe that 8 adult people get no mail for more than a day. I have talked to the postmaster office twice. The last time Bev promised to call someone but never asked my name or address, so I'll assume that's bull.  I'm actually moving because me my business is more important than my address. Nothing but laziness, from top to bottom.

Just talked to a woman at the gravois distribution center who was so mean she made me cry. She told me that even if I place a pickup order online  I shouldn't expect my packages to be picked up, and should expect to take them to the post office. She the hung up on me because i used the word "ass". No more federal funding for this service. 

I won't be sending anything usps again.

Let me begin this review by stating That yesterday afternoon I originally went to the office on Tucker and Olive with my completed passport application, my passport photo and the photo copies and hard copies of my ID and birth certificate to apply for a passport. When I got to the counter was a large sign that said PASSPORTS on the back wall with a box below it overflowing with documents, but the woman at the counter assured me they don't to passports there and I needed to go to the main office on market.

When I walked into the main office there were 2 girls working. One with her head laid down on the counter, the other looking down at her phone. When they finally looked up, myself and another person were standing waiting in "line." I told them i needed a passport and I had all of my documents ready. They both looked at each other and started laughing and the one girl just put her head back down on the counter. Finally one of them said the passport person wasn't there and she just stared at us. The woman next to me asked if the passport person would be in later and she said no, then returned to her cellphone. Myself and the other woman stood there awkwardly until the woman on her phone finally told us to go to the offiice on Laclede. Then they both continued giggling as we walked out. Not only was that completely unprofessional, but when I got to the office on Laclede, there was a sign on the door saying they weren't processing passports that day. 3 separate locations and I still don't have my passport application filed.
