Attendant incorrectly told me, in person after I stressed how important it is, their office is open Sundays so I wasted a lot of money overnighting a package to give a friend leaving the country and now it won't arrive till they're gone.

Terrible. They are so slow it's unbelievable. Plus you have to pay for parking.

I lived at University City for years. I go to this post office at least once a week. Extraordinary service. Kind, ethical and knowledgeable people. I have never seen anywhere such an integrity and professionalism. I wish you all a happy 2017.

Horrible service. Really. It is. Just don't come here. Ever. Slow. Grumpy. Horrible.

I just went there again, mistake. For the third time in a row, it was a horrible experience. Even got bad service from the manager.

Go anywhere else to mail a package. I've stuck w usps because I'm a supporter of public institutions but I'm getting pushed too far. Ill go ups from now on. At least they're union and they give a small grain of customer consideration. Barbara is the name of the particular women who pushed me over. Doing her part to destroy job security for usps workers. I'm too angry to even revisit the story
