they need to be shut down.managers and supervisors are rude. i have been hung up on and all crazy stuff. they're unprofessional and they still have same workers from years with mistakes. people mail hasn't been delivered,i have went a month w/o mail and they have no explination nor care about it. They throw mail away,worst neighborhood with jacked up post office.

I had 3 packages ordered from Amazon that were scheduled to deliver on Sunday. I received a text alert that the packages were delivered. One of the boxes would have been about 1.5 ft by 1 ft and weigh about 20 lbs... hard to miss or hide. Multiple people in the house, cars in the driveway and a dog that barks at anything coming up to the door. No knock on the door. No doorbell ring. No postman. Nothing delivered. Tracking showing delivered, but it was clearly not delivered. Called the post office and was hung up on 3 separate times! First time within 45 seconds (after being placed on hold). I heard the phone pick-up and drop so I assumed it was an accident. Second time after being RUDELY interrupted to "HOLD ON, HOLD ON", I waited on hold for 10 minutes and 23 seconds and then was hung up on AGAIN! Third time, I was hung up on 1 minute after providing the tracking for the package that was not delivered.

If I could rate 0 stars on this location, I would.

There is a woman that is always at the counter giving out packages.  Customer service is horrible from her and only her. Im sure many will agree. 

In my opinion she should be placed in a training seminar to update her on skills and how to be pleasant. I myself almost lost my cool with her unprofessionalism. Now i see her getting the mail out of the mailbox smoking a cigarette..im sure that is not supposed to be happening. March 6, 2017 at 3:13pm.

Claimed to have delivered a package. Tracking number shows as scanned and delivered. Package never arrived.
