First off, I went on a Saturday when it wasn't very busy and the 2 ladies there were very helpful and got me what I needed. Probably the quickest post office experience I've ever had.

The worst customer service. I tried buying a book of stamps and the lady wouldn't take my credit card because i didn't sign the back.  I gave her 2 forms of id and she still wouldn't take it. I watched this cashier be so hateful to an elderly woman then me. I will always drive to the Hazelwood post office from now on.

I went to the PO to send my cousin a box to Chicago and the two ladies there were very,very nice. Excellent face to face customer service. But, don't try to call there. I tried calling them Friday to find out if we were going to get any mail because it was already after 4:00 pm and NO ONE ever answered the phone. I actually called 30 TIMES. And I know they don't close until 5 PM. I never got any mail so, I spoke with 3 of my neighbors and they never got any mail either. There wasn't any mail delivered on our street (Marie Avenue).
