Just adding to all the other negative reviews. I was supposed to get a delivery from amazon on Sunday by 8pm. I was tracking it online and it made it to my city the morning of but never got the status of "Out for Delivery". I waited and waited and when once more checked the tracking status online close to 8pm it said the delivery driver could not access my gate(needs access code). Mind you, I live in a house that is not in a gated community nor inaccessible by any means. It is freely approachable and I didn't notice anyone approach my house on Sunday. They literally just made up an excuse to not deliver my package. Based on reading other reviews and my experience no wonder USPS is struggling. They are far inferior to other delivery services.

They never answer the phone. Called three times in a row while they were still open. They just refuse to pick up and do any work. When you go in, the workers pretend to be busy so that someone else will take you. Especially great when two lazy-asses at the counter will have a contest of some sort, and BOTH will stand there doing literally nothing important while you stand at the front of the line, just so that they don't have to do any work in taking care of you. You could have something as simple as a question, and you're still too much work for them. I once stood with a package in line while one of the workers stood behind the counter just looking at stamps. Not doing anything with them. Just looking at them. I hate coming here whenever I'm forced to, and usually I'm forced to if they don't deliver a package or mail correctly, which is disturbingly often.

Rude! Rude! I went in trying to drop off a package that I needed returned. After waiting in a 30 minute line I was told that they don't provide clear tape (even though it would cost me $18.95 for shipping). When I mentioned it would be nice to have a sign before people enter the line the teller said, " I am so tired of you people complaining." I have never been referred to as "you people". I just don't understand where respectful service has gone. Unnecessary.

Do you know what a phone is? I called like 15 times in the past 45 minutes and no one has answered, rings, beeps, and hangs up. All you guys do is stand around and look busy, pick up the phone.. Also, older man at the desk gave me two day shipping when I asked for regular; the "two day" shipping took a week. Thanks.

Couldn't open my parcel box with the key provided. I believe that this key is worn out and needs replacement. I called the Post Office, and Lisa answered and assured me that my package would be delivered to my door sometime today to help out. Great people at the Canton Michigan Post Office! Thanks Lisa!
