I Went to mail a package and the man behind the counter mumbled something to me. I told him if he could repeat what he said and all he did was point at the POS machine and told me to read it. (It was about sending illegal packages). The whole time he was attending me, he was swaying back and forth. Very anxious. No eye contact, no customer service skills. Before I could step away, he was yelling for the next customer. I felt as though we were in a cow prodding stall.

Kristy has amazing customer service skills. I she was very kind and willing to help with any issues I have. The whole staff here is amazing and I have been coming here for the past year.

Visited this branch to courier and everything runs smooth here. The staff is very friendly and patient enough to explain you and get your job done. Thanks.

I always go here to ship my items. I had a lady named Christy or Kristy she was an African American women. She was awesome I had accidently used messed up my package for deliver and she fixed it without charging me anything. Thank you so much. I definitely recommend her customer service.

I am forced to visit around noon. There is a consistent long line and lack of help. Today I ended having to leave Now I have to go after work. BUT not to this location.
