I have never been in a place so unbelievably unprofessional and downright disgusting. The amount of disrespect my mom and I received in this place, the employees as well as the customers. We were worried for this package that was not properly tracked and we were anxious. We received very rude comments from a customer (based off of racism) as the employees of this place ignored it because they couldn't dare defend a colored woman from a white one. Not only that, but my mother also received unprompted words from the employee. The job of this service is to deliver packages not show attitude when a customer is worried about the job THEY didn't do right. I did not come to this trash service to watch my mom breakdown in the car based off of what the employees said to her as the spectators just watched. My mom isn't a rude person and the fact that multiple people were acting so horrible to her is disgusting. If you want this job to be done correctly with decent people as employees that aren't picked off of the street with no manners kindness and empathy DO NOT go here. It isn't worth your time or money. This place is trash, that's why it has such a low rating, because this place is actual trash.

They get 1 star, because 0 isn't an option. I ship here frequently [Unfortunately] and they are the RUDEST people I have seen. I've seen them yell across the desk at customers more than once. I had someone call me about scheduling an appointment for passport service and they were very rude. When I asked for their name, they hung up. Just... incredible. And people want our government to control more... okay

Just adding to all the other negative reviews. I was supposed to get a delivery from amazon on Sunday by 8pm. I was tracking it online and it made it to my city the morning of but never got the status of "Out for Delivery". I waited and waited and when once more checked the tracking status online close to 8pm it said the delivery driver could not access my gate(needs access code). Mind you, I live in a house that is not in a gated community nor inaccessible by any means. It is freely approachable and I didn't notice anyone approach my house on Sunday. They literally just made up an excuse to not deliver my package. Based on reading other reviews and my experience no wonder USPS is struggling. They are far inferior to other delivery services.

Terrible! Please hire some respectful workers. If you don't like your job then quit. Thanks! Horrible customer service, rude workers, and more than one slick mouth Sally needs to be fired. 4 different companies have alerted me about my packages being delivered into my mailbox parcel locker. I went down my block, and inside my mailbox laid no key to unlock said parcel locker. Each of these companies initially are left with the local post office to deliver their goods. One man (rude) hands me off to an even more rude woman after giving all tracking numbers to him. She tells me "Whatchu want me to make something up? I don't know where your boxes are. I don't know if they were delivered to the wrong parcel locker or not. I can take your number." Oh okay I guess I'll wait for slick mouth to call about my packages then after paying two arms for two day shipping. Unbelievably unprofessional, and down right shameful. After I gave her my telephone number, she turned her back, and walked off saying not a word. Meanwhile there was a line all the way backing to the entrance door. Ha! Good luck!

They never answer the phone. Called three times in a row while they were still open. They just refuse to pick up and do any work. When you go in, the workers pretend to be busy so that someone else will take you. Especially great when two lazy-asses at the counter will have a contest of some sort, and BOTH will stand there doing literally nothing important while you stand at the front of the line, just so that they don't have to do any work in taking care of you. You could have something as simple as a question, and you're still too much work for them. I once stood with a package in line while one of the workers stood behind the counter just looking at stamps. Not doing anything with them. Just looking at them. I hate coming here whenever I'm forced to, and usually I'm forced to if they don't deliver a package or mail correctly, which is disturbingly often.
