While I was waiting in line there was a women who worked there, she was African American and she was so friendly towards everybody and as soon as I was next in line she was incredibly rude. She told me I had packaged my item wrong and said you need to purchase tape too and just took the next guest and just sent me all the way back to the line without even asking if it was okay. Finally it was my turn and another women helped me, and she gave me my total and the rude woman was listening to the entire transaction and she says across the room “don’t forget to charge her for the box too!” I don’t know what your issue was with me, if I was too dressed up or i don’t know but the obvious attitude difference between the way she treated me and others was disgusting and completely unacceptable.

Picking up keys to the mailbox for my new home. After standing in line for over a half hour to get to the little brown pickup window, I was told they have to order them and it will take 1 to 2 weeks. I asked how I would be notified that they are in and ready for pick up. The answer was to "stop by every once in a while to check if they're in". "So, I have to stand in line for 30 minutes multiple times just to get my mail keys?", I asked. The response, "Yes, we don't know when they get here, so we can't notify you." 

This is why the government shouldn't run things!

It wasn't easy receiving my package from this post office, but they finally resolved the problem and did so professionally. Thank you.

Waited for 3 weeks for them to make my key for my house mailbox. They completely failed to fulfill my request of holding my mail. Worst incompetence I’ve ever seen from semi-government workers.

I've never despised a business go much until two months ago. Literally these geniuses lost not one, not two, and not three of my packages. Make it a SOLID FOUR. Oh don't worry about me getting my money or my packages back, I didn't want my packages anyway. Oh the icing on the cake is they never gave me a delivery notice. I had to go online a track mt package that says a notice was left in mailbox. Uhm, I'm one of those people who check the mailbox faithfully after work. Let's just say someone is stealing.
