I've never had a problem here and the staff is always helpful. They answered all my questions and have no complaints about mail arriving late. They always have parking, but right now there is some construction going on, so traffic could be bad.

Unprofessional, lazy and ignorant... This post office needs CAMERA'S IN THE BACK and a CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT to get some of these employees to act right! They returned my package back to the sender so many times and lied, saying they gave me a note to pick it up, which they didn't. Two months later they returned it to the sender. What was going on all that time? After the manager hinted it must be my fault, three weeks later, I got a note in MY box to pick up SOMEBODY ELSE"s package! The postal employee put the pick-up package note in the wrong box (mine) and didn't even apologize to me or return the $15 postage fees for what they had done to me three weeks before! The pick-up note wasn't even on the correct form. It was a blank card with numbers on it crossed out. I almost through it away thinking it was trash. Every DAMN week I get at least one piece of wrong mail in my box. Lately, Management had been saying it's the "volunteers" fault. I say let the volunteers pay my yearly fees then. They need to fire management. It's frustrating dealing with these bad-attitude people.

The staff here are apparently, "too busy" to help you. After a couple of attempted deliveries that failed, I just ended up requesting that it be held here so I could pick it up myself. Friday - Out for delivery at 9:23 am 5:21 PM "Receptacle Blocked Could not deliver" Saturday - 10 AM I went to the post office and was told that the carrier was going to reattempt delivery. So I went home, propped the gate door open so the carrier could have access to my mailbox and sat on my patio reading/homework to keep lookout for the mail carrier. I check the status again and it says, 4:30 PM "Receptacle Blocked Could not deliver" What?? The usps carrier was NOT doing his/her job! How is my mailbox blocked when I opened the gate door and sat on my patio for the carrier to arrive????? 5 PM - I then logged onto the usps website and just requested that I pick up the item myself. Monday - 9 AM - Went back to the post office and told them I was there to pick up my package. The lady went to look in the back and came out empty handed. She told me to come back at a later time. 11 AM- Called the usps to see if my package was there before driving all the way there. The guy on the phone said it was not there and that he'd have to call me back another time. I asked for an estimated time for when I'd be receiving a phone call and he said, "I don't know, I'm busy doing this and that and answering phones. It could take a few hours or a day or so. I don't know.'" Too busy to help your customers? *UPDATE* 11:41 AM received a call f rom usps 45 minutes later saying that they contacted the carrier and that she is on the way to deliver my package. I was confused as to why as I requested to pick it up from the post office. I literally waited on the sidewalk near the mailbox. 2:20 PM - Package finally arrives!!

The customer service here is probably the worst I have ever experienced. I love going to the post office to check out the new stamps that are being released and the many times I have to send USPS packages. Their customer service basically pushed me to online ordering and shipping. They are extremely entitled. It's like they have no accountability.

WARNING about this branch located at the 405 and LA Tierra. This is the hub for my address. 2 times I have had mail delivered to my home address where the envelopes had been opened and contents removed. (Both of the envelopes were from grandma for my child and the taped in contents were removed, envelope badly resealed, torn edges and all). SAD. I reported the incident to the post master general and to date, received no update. Currently, I hand delivered a stack of posted enveloped bills with checks inside. One of the checks (so far) was fraudulently presented to my bank account for the amount of $1,950.00 written to Daniel Cabrera. Avoid this location, seems there is an organized system at work here. What has happened to the US post office?
