Everyone seems really nice and the line goes quickly! I understand the low ratings! I had a negative experience on my first visit! There is one person there who was mean to everyone!

Hit or miss with the employees, some nice some rude, usually busy.

This location improved a lot in the last few months. For years they used to have one employee who was extremely rude and aggressive and I couldn't understand why he still work there. I witnessed him challenging a customer to go settle it in the parking lot, just crazy. Now he's gone.

I didn't read the other reviews but would be curious as to why they are so low.
Why did I give this post office 4 stars?
1. Whenever I come here the line is minimal and moves fairly quickly (for a post office)
2. The people who have helped me haven't been horrendous.  They haven't been the best CS nicest but have always been courteous and have been helpful.
