Really bad experience!! Instead of helping me out lady gave me an attitude told me have i ever mailed anything i said no she said well thats not how you do it and gave me my stuff back had to figure it out after 10min of ready everything came back into the line only one employee was working out of all the windows i would give them a 1 star but the girl that helped me in the end was really nice and fast. Not the first time i hear this is the worst post office if you dont like your job you need to leave and stop taking it out on the customers!

Worst post office ever. Funny, they have a plaque from a few years ago for "best customer service". What happened??

Post offices in general are not known for their great customer service, but this one is one of the worst that I've been to. There are always only either one (mostly just one) or two clerks available to serve customers no matter how many people are in line. There was (I guess) a supervisor who came out and said "Now you know how it is, there are only two people working and one went to lunch..that's just how it goes or you can go to another post office". I normally go to the Hawthorne post office where I don't have to worry about feeding the parking meter which has a 30 minute limit- and I waited a little over that. Rather than pay the meters to be treated poorly I'll continue to go to Hawthorne and conduct my other business there as well. It's a shame that you have to go outside of your own city to do business.

I didn't want to come because of all the bad reviews, but the lady wasn't rude at all and the service was fast.
