I hate whenever I have to have any interaction with the post office. The carriers are unreliable and don't deliver our mail often. When it comes to package delivery, I have had packages go missing, been reported "delivered" when they were not, and been marked "unable to deliver" because no one was home to sign when I have been at home all day waiting. 
There is a reason the USPS is failing and it's their lack of communication, unreliability, and poor customer service. They don't even admit to mistakes or make offers to correct situations. I get so frustrated when vendors opt to use USPS instead of UPS or FedEx. I will always opt for paperless bills and choose to use other delivery vendors because I cannot trust the post office to do their job.

This post office lost my package, admitted they lost my package and had geolocation scan information showing they did, and refused to do anything to find it or pay me back for the value of the package.
