Had an awful encounter there today with an employee by name of Joe. I purchased my shipping label off the kiosk, and was about to put it in outgoing parcels when he started asking me if I was shipping oil. I answered his question, but apparently my answer wasn't good enough. He then proceeded to threaten me, stating that he would dig through the packages and remove my mail. When I asked to speak to his supervisor he said, he was the supervisor. If I wanted to speak to anybody else, I'd have to come back the following day. When I asked him his name, he said Joe, and don't spell it wrong, it's G.I Joe. I decided to leave, he then followed me to the parking lot. I asked him if there was a problem, he said if there was a problem, id know it. This is just one of the occurrences with this particular individual. I use to bring packages from work and drop them off there. He stopped me and told me to not bring the packages there, I explained to him that this post office was on the way from work to home and it was convenient for me to do so.

Staff is rude and lazy. I requested a hold on my mail for a certain amount of days and when I went to pick up my mail. They seemed bothered they had to check for it. Turns out they delivered the mail that I had placed on hold, that's why when I went to pick it up it wasn't not there (reason why I placed it on hold, because I knew the mailman would not be able to get inside the building) And my package was left on the street and a stranger walked off with my package. Now they are the ones responsible for completing my investigation to see what happend to my mail. WTHeck

Line does move when busy. They answer questions. Supervisor always helpful when you call.

I have called the supervisor there a couple of times and she does not seem to care. I was in line wanting to return something back to a company. I wanted to do proof of service. A guy who works at the post office I am assuming he is management took my item and walked away with it. I told him I wanted proof of service because I do not trust the company. He said he could not give me that as he kept walking away to the back room. I try not to go there but they recently closed the post office at my building where I work. I hate dealing with this post office. They are rude and have bad attitudes. There is no use in complaining about mail with a totally different address is delivered to me. It’s not even my street. I have complained but they do not care. And they wonder why all of us prefer to pay our bills online.
