Regular customer, I come in with prepaid packages and a scannable shipment printout sheet everyday to make things easier for them... but NEVER IN MY LIFE, have I encountered more impolite, rude, and condescending people at this USPS office. Hands down the worst customer service experience ever anywhere.

One employee in particular, Juanita, is particularly frustrating to deal with. It's so bad I deliberately try to avoid her while there because she's just stuck-up and snappy.... even talks over me while I'm trying to ask questions. Overall... I'm extremely dissatisfied and had a very very VERY negative experience. 

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. AND STAY AWAY FROM JUANITA.

NO STARS FOR THEM, they lost all my mail, i sent a package and paid priority and on the receipt says 2nd day delivery, took them a week to deliver.  Employees are rude and careless.  WHAT HAPPENED TO ALL NICE PEOPLE THAT WORKED THERE BEFORE.

Since the reviews I have read, I have visited this post office several times. Each time it gets better--more friendly, happy smiles, you are welcome,

I've never had so many packages go missing in my life. I effectively cannot have anything sent to my apartment by USPS. The customer service here is the worst I've ever experienced, at a post office or any other business. These folks make the worst DMV look like a first class establishment.
