I was helped by Deloris, she was super nice, very patient with me and personally made sure that everything was okay with the package. Can't remember the last time somebody at the post office was so nice to me. She's the best.

Delories Jackson is so-rude she always have attitude to costumers ill never come back there she needs help I see people complaining all the time I got a video ill share it  on you tube or send it to corp. !

The woman that works there has an attitude problem.  She is rude to the customers. I closed my P.O. Box there and shifted my business to the UPS store on Lamar, where they appreciate their customers.  I am much happier with the UPS store doing my mail.  It is a pleasure for the UPS store to serve me.
The post office is losing money because of their surly employees who do not respect the customers.  It is their own fault.  I DONT HAVE TO SPEND MY MONEY THERE.  I HAVE A CHOICE.

I live at the Cypress Park Apartments.And since 11/21/2016,your carrier in 76010 area,has repeatedly REFUSED to pick up my mail! I have left a note,asking him to PLEASE PICK UP MY MAIL.......but he continues to refuse picking my mail! CAN YOU PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS? I am disabled and cannot walk the distance to mail my letters. SOME of which are bills that need to be paid by a certain date! I DO NOT WANT TO BE LEFT IN THE DARK!!
