10-06-17 - Horrible service from same black woman in her 40's or 50's of other reviews shown in this site. She is rude, nasty and has no manners. I decided to move to the next window to be serviced by a nicer lady. The nasty black woman threw a fit and threatened me to call the police. Is she demented? How can a human being have such an evil soul? I had to ignore her. I am not going back to this location. Is her boss ever going to educate and train her in Customer Service?

I paid $49 for the international letter to be delivered in 10 business days with tracking services. The package wasn’t delivered, tracking services wasn’t available. I met with the supervisor, I believe his name was Courtise, he found information. I wanted to take a picture of the tracking info he had, but he closed the door at the front of my face. A very poor services and attitude.

Every time I come here, they are so rude. I feel like I am getting punishment from them. When I asked some questions, they had irritated voice and that made me feel so upset. Horrible service!!!

I went to pick up a certified letter during the dutch door hours of operation. Several customers were waiting. We rang the bell and knocked (very loudly) on the door and no one came to help us. We could hear people doing things on the other side of the door. I finally had to leave because I couldn't wait until whoever was there to decide they would actually do their job- might have had to wait all day. Couldn't imagine running any business this way.

If I could give zero stars I would... not the first time this has happened: Get a notice in my box that the package wouldn't fit and would be at the post office on Monday. Go up there today, and was very rudely told that they cannot find it. So I notice the mail lady is at the mailbox when I drive in. I take the orange notice to her and say "they said they can't find it, do you have it?" She says no it should be at the post office... My fiancé checks the mail when he gets home (since she wasn't quite done yet) AND THERE'S A NOTICE THAT SHE COULDN'T FIT IT IN THE BOX AND IT WILL BE AT THE POST OFFICE!! I specifically ASKED her if she had it!!! I am livid!! Worst post office ever!!
