This place is a joke. The passport office is ridiculously frustrating to deal with. They tell us that there are “walk ins” if you show up early, but then when you show up they’re only accepting scheduled appointments. I went in at 9:00 when there was a line of about 10 people. All of us were there for a walk in, and the passport worker wouldn’t start letting people in DESPITE THE PEOPLE WHO SCHEDULED THEIR APPOINTMENTS FOR THE DAY NOT SHOWING UP. He claimed that he had other duties such as taking care of the chickens. THE CHICKENS. Eventually the station manager came out because everyone started to get pissed off and he simply says sorry but that’s how the system works. Afterwards, we all just left pissed off. Save your time and don’t even bother going here, it’s literally rated 1 star by everyone for a reason.

1)I had a packaged with a delivery attempt and they left a notice.  I scheduled a redelivery and they said they missed me again but someone was at home all day. 
Then i called the post office to see if they had it and they said yes. by the way, the package had to be picked up or returned to sender by Friday. It was Tuesday. So i go up there only for them to tell me they can't find it.  They then, take down my name and number and said they will call me when they find it.i gave them till Thursday.  They never called.
I went back up there and they still couldn't find it.  Took down my name and number again and STILL NEVER CALLED.  So i guess the packaged was sent back. 

2) I tracked an order that said there was an attempted delivery and a notice was left.  I was at home ALL DAY. No one tried to deliver anything.  At least not to my house. Also, no notice was left. So i called them to see if the order was there and no one answers the phone.

This place is the absolute worst.

Holy Cow!!! If you've ever been to the DMV in Chicago or New York City you'll feel right at home. Ha!!!

They tried to deliver a package to a address that doesn't exist. Called twice and both times they left me on hold for 15 mins +  without checking back with me. Leaving someone on hold for over 5 mins without checking in with them is poor customer service.  Glad i don't live in Arlington and this hopefully will be my only time dealing with this post office.

The black lady has horrible customer service! Rude bit*h! (the black lady with glasses is nice though). The post office has lost many of my things, never pick up the phone! Bunch of liars!!!!
