One of the best post offices I've EVER been to. First there's never a line, the staff is courteous and helpful. I know the hours are 10:00-2:00 so that's when I go do my mailing needs.

Failed to deliver 3 packages within a month even though the tracking numbers say the packages have been delivered. Over the phone they will simply state they will not do anything about your lost mail. Also delivers mail to the wrong address constantly.

Called to speak with someone about my package. I have never had to deal with a more unprofessional employee over the phone EVER! Then when I asked for the employee's name so I could call back and speak with a supervisor about the matter she so maturely hung up on me. I attempted to call back with no answer...

The hours of operation for pick up is too short. I have the 2100 so redwood rd post office down the street but have to pick up my packages out of the airport ten times the distance to pick up my packages. Mailman of recent keeps leaving the front gate in yard open so my dogs who are normally in the house can get out of the yard.84104
