A package had been misplaced as does happen from time to time when USPS is dealing with the heaps of daily out for delivery packages. DEREK who answered my call worked efficiently and with care to recover the package. It got placed in my hands in less than 24hours. This branch especially is what USPS is all about...incredible service!!

Terrible! My package says that it was delivered yesterday in a parcel locker, i was actually outside when the mail came and NO package was there. I actually was talking to the supervisor when she only made excuse after excuse and kept telling me how it was delivered to the correct place. I WAS STANDING THERE WATCHING AND NO DAMN PACKAGE WAS LEFT. The supervisor didnt even apologize or sympathize a single time. Its a monthly subscription that i wont be able to replace now and the supervisor of the location doesn't csre what so ever. If your going to be working around alot of personal mail, time sensitive mail,etc you need to actually go out of your way to make it right! You don't tell people that its their loss pretty much because the damn driver put that it was delivered. He is wrong and i want my damn mail. Ive had constant problems with this guy not taking returned mail that isnt ours. So ill have return to sender mail for months and hell NEVER take it. I also called again because people are using our address for their mail that have never lived here and asked to stop giving us their mail.. That very day he delivered more mail that wasn't ours. So the supervisor is telling me thst the carrier has worked there 30 years and is grest.. No the dude royally sucks at his job and has yet to even 1 thing asked. The supervisor also told me, as a supervisor, i cannot call the carriers. Than what good are you?! Why are you there if your that worthless and helpless! They really need to replace EVERY SINGLE WORLER BECAUSE THEY ALLLLL SUCK AND DO THERE JOBS TERRIBLY!!

If you call during business hours you can listen to it ring until it hangs up on you with a busy signal. Not really helpful in trying to find my lost package.

All I went for was a change of address form. They dont have any out in the lobby for customers and I am not going to stand there in line and waste my time when I only went to retrieve a form. Lazy staff. Why don't you keep up on your lobby supplies so you don't cause inconvenience of your customers. It's not like traffic is great around this location. Its a nightmare just trying to get over there at 4:30PM, much less having to stand around for things that should be in stock. Keep your looby well stocked. Maybe even try having more than one brochure stand with a change of address forms in the lobby.
