I’d honestly give this USPS 0 stars. They’ve lost 4 of my packages already. This last one supposedly was delivered to my door, left on the “porch” of my apt. I called them and they said there’s not much they can do, that I should just contact the seller. But why couldn’t you guys just leave a note on my door and take the package to the downtown location so I could pick it up? I lost money for Christ’s sake! I recommend you guys get your packages delivered to a trusted friend’s/family member’s address. Because you can’t trust the downtown USPS. I wouldn’t feel bad if automation took USPS’s jobs because they’d actually get the job done right! Do your god damn job right!

I would give this zero stars if that was an option. This is probably the worst post office I have encountered in years after living in three states and utilizing multiple locations. It's no secret that the USPS, its services and employee customer service have gone downhill for years, but this one wins the award from me for most incompetent staff. You would think they would put the best of the best in charge of the city's downtown location-- a busier location, but that is not the case. If you need a PO Box, go get one somewhere else. I have had mail lost, mis-delivered, and had other people's parcels left in my lockbox (which begs the question, who has received mine??). This location has lost packages in their facility that HAD A TRACKING NUMBER and verified they had been delivered but the desk clerk simply "couldn't find my parcel in the back room" and had to reimburse me in cash for the cost of the contents. Make sure you get insurance if your parcel is important to you and don't count on it making it to you even if you do. If you must utilize the services of a USPS, save yourself the grief and use another location.

They'd have better reviews if people could actually access resources here, like an actual operator. Without having to call the 1-800 number to get the exact number FOR this location. Overall, the people here aren't that bad that I've talked to at least.

I can't speak of mail delivery service from this location, but I often visit this post office to ship out letters and packages or buy postage. So far, all of the ladies and gentlemen that work behind the counter have been kind, good-humored and incredibly attentive to me as a customer. I have had some very negative experiences at other post office locations, and will go out of my way to visit this one instead.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Our mail deliverer (to a Dr's office) is a sorry excuse for an employee who doesn't care if he delivers our mail, picks up the mail or if he fails to bring important documents that can be crucial to a patient's care. LAZY. There are days he will only bring junk mail or not even come at all! It's not a hard job. Drive, deliver incoming mail, pick up outgoing mail, drive. End of job description! The office is just as bad! You can try to call, but it is just a waste of time. No one ever answers. Rings for a few minutes then times out because no one will answer your call. If you go into the office, expect to be treated rudely by clerks who clearly don't like their jobs and are incompetent. I personally can't wait until the USPS is no more. Come on private companies who will take over delivery of mail and packages but have SOME kind of accountability and customer service! The people of this country will jump ship so fast, it's not even funny!
