Listen, I have lived in several Ft. Lauderdale neighborhoods and by “grace” I’ve been blessed to always live near great post offices. THIS IS THE WORST POST OFFICE SOUTH OF WEST PALM BEACH!!! They should be ashamed of themselves. The MANAGERS ARE WORSE THAN THE EMPLOYEES. Our mail for 33060, May come, May not!!! Last Christmas my Grandson packages were stolen, on Wednesday before Thanksgiving we didn’t have a Courier, simply no one came. This is such a disgrace to that Eagle on them uniforms they wearing, such a shame.

I have used them a few times. They do have a few self service kiosks which is very helpful but are almost always out of most of the packaging unless you are there during the hours customer service is available. So bring your own boxes if possible. The kiosk works better overall than the other closest location with self service on Oakland. That one has one machine that is down a lot.
I know one of my packages did get delivered but still waiting to confirm a few others to say for sure how their actual performance is.
Finally, be ready for the panhandlers both in and out of the building.

Spare yourself, go further north to Boca or other location, two of the employees have given me such bad attitude already and I've witnessed the same with other customers, the are very rude and impatient.

I think if we had no stars that what I would put. I usually tell myself I'm never coming back to this post office because everyone that works here is miserable, treat people really bad and the worst costumer service ever! If the American Post Office would ever go bankrupt it's because of divisions like this one! I usually now drive to the one that's on Atlantic and Powerline because that have happy and great costumer service, even though it's out of my way. When I come to this location that's near my house I usually leave in a bad mood.... thanks for the amazing service (sarcasm)
