Great Customer Service! I was almost deterred from this location because of the reviews below. However, even though the line was long  due to the upcoming holidays (and at closing time), I witnessed all the workers being patient and very helpful to each customer. When it was my turn, because I never go to the post office, I needed a full run down of what to do. The lady that helped me was patient and helped me find the best solution to my needs. I couldn't have been happier with my experience. It's important to always appreciate workers who have to deal with the mass public. There are a lot of personalities out there and most workers are just trying to help. Please keep your patients and remember to appreciate their help.

No one answers the phone , I guess no one cares about their job , but getting paid for the little work they do there , can't believe it , its also worse to come in to find rude people that work there, I guess I'm never going in there, and no one will ever answer the danm phone .

Horrible customer service. I was attended by Elvin and I didn't even have time to ask another question before he hung up the call.

I was in the post office to explain that I thought my order had been placed in the wrong mail because the tracking # said it had already been delivered, but I had not received it. Sandy, the supervisor, took note of my name, address, and phone, and that afternoon the situation was solved. And the next day she called me asking if everything was all right now. Good job, Sandy! Thank you very much.
