I have had a great experience! Everyone from the service dept to the salesmen have went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied. And with me being a women really means a lot. Thank you John venable & the service dept.

The transaction started off well during the internet and phone contacts.  When we arrived ready to buy the car, it went downhill fast.  Salesman used every tired car salesman tactic from the "old school" playbook.  He apparently thought I was a sucker that was on the hook.  He got agitated when I challenged him.  I didn't escalate a bad situation.  I knew I was being played so I just left and bought the same car elsewhere. By the way, according to what he told me, the dealer I bought from paid me to take the car off his hands because he sold it for $1300 below what University buys them for ($1500 less than their best price).  The other dealer's documentation fees were also HALF of University's fees. Amazing since University said everyone had to charge the same.  If you buy from these guys, you paid too much and were probably deceived as well.  It is also interesting to note that this was the ONLY dealer out of six we shopped with that did not follow up with a manager contact.

Great staff. Was willing to work with my unique situation. Only wish they offered a more comprehensive maintenance plan for new car purchases  much like Toyota does the Toyota Care plan complimentary.

Worked me in for oil change, tire rotation as I was from out if town.  Friendly, helpful.  Nice waiting area.
