While the employees here are very friendly, as to be expected of a salesperson; they do, at times seem a bit preoccupied. They have a good selection of new and certified pre-owned vehicles to choose from, and prices seem to be within the normal range for comparable vehicles in this area. The entire facility, inside and out; is always very well kept. The parts department is very helpful when it comes to assisting in replacement or upgraded parts.

These people are the rudest people I have ever met in my life, that are in the business of selling cars. I cannot believe they are still in business. I would not recommend that anyone go here.

Got one of those "you may have won big $$" adds in the mail and had a few free hours to burn so I went to see how the dice fell. Didnt win a car, got a 2$ bill from the angriest shop floor manager I've ever met and met one of the friendliest sales people ever. I'm 2xing the review just because the sales guy was amazing and from Ohio. I'll probably buy my next vehicle here, just because of the sales people. Also, mad props to the sales guy standing outside who called my car the DeLorean. I'm slightly sad that he doesn't seem to know that the DeLorean was much cooler than his cheap sunglasses, but I appreciate the insult he was going for. +1 for an attempt at originality.

Classic bait and switch. They advertise an internet price and then do not honor it adding “services” to the price. One such service was $100 for filling the tires with nitrogen. Stay away... the prices they advertise are not real.

The staff here are very welcoming and friendly. This is where I will take my vehicle for now on.
