Wendy and the supervisor on Wednesday of 12/06/2017, did not understand that the address I had put in for items to be shipped to was my address and it just sent to this office with no explanation. As I tried to explain myself, they began to treat me as if I had no clue what I was doing and told me it was my last chance to update everything or they would send my packages back to the sender and charge me for the shipping.

They were very rude and did not give me the chance to explain the situation without talking over me. Wendy was the one doing this more so than the supervisor. The supervisor actually let me speak some.

If you get your mail at the post office in Cornelia then maybe everything is fine. However, if you are on a rural route be prepared for your mail to be wet on rainy days as the drivers do not take care to make sure your box is properly closed! I have been in and called on 3 separate occasions and it still continues to happen! Also, as I drive along my road I see many other boxes standing wide open! 😖

I believe when someone goes out of their way to do something nice, it should be recognized. Brandon at Cornelia Post Office went above and beyond for me today. Exceptional service- thank you! :)

Friendly knowledge staff.
They helped me ship something and suggested other options to help me save money.   They are also a passport location. 
Just call and make an appointment.

Don't go for a passport they only work by appointment and they close passports at 3:30 even though the post office is still open till 4:30
