I was fine waiting in line for 1 hour. I was composed waiting 30 minutes for another associate. I was a bit tired by the next 30 minutes it took to look for my missing package. I was super bummed that after all that, I still have no package. So, my package was somewhere there... but no one could find it.

This is the worst post office that I've ever been too. I went to pick up a package and there were about 15 people ahead of me and one postal worker serving all of us. Some of us, including myself left out of sheer frustration at the amount of time that we would have to wait in line. Today I went to pick up the same package again during my lunch hour and they couldn't find the package so I have to go back a third time after they (hopefully) find it, sacrificing not only my half hour lunch break but the lunch break of the next day as well because it takes about an hour to commute there, wait in line and return to work. Fast becoming third world.....

People who work here are completely apathetic, have a sense of entitlement, and abuse their power over customers. Just horrible service. Very rude and curt.

Wow. Where to even begin? This is my first time writing a Google review. My experience with this place was THAT bad that I was prompted to write this. STAY AWAY from this post office at all costs. I have a UPS package that was transferred to this local post office. The package had an incorrect address on it (to my mistake) and it has been sitting at this post office since January 9th. Today is Wednesday, January 24th. I have called this post office TWENTY TWO times since last Thursday, January 18th and did not have someone answer until yesterday, Tuesday, January 23rd. 22 TIMES, people. I was starting to believe that no human beings actually worked at this post office location! I left multiple messages and tried calling repeatedly, but still no answer. A woman finally picked up yesterday and said she would manually look for my package, but I have not heard anything back from her. Still waiting to see where my package is. I have never experienced a chaotic fiasco like this one before. Do yourself a favor and do not do business at this post office!

Since the Alps Road branch office ceased handling distribution and delivery of mail for my addresses and these services were moved to the Olympic Drive branch, the quality of service I have received both at my residence and my business has decreased markedly. There are days when I simply don't get mail delivered at all, I have had certified mail lost on multiple occasions, and I have had mail on the truck that the carrier failed to deliver when they were at my house, with a notification that I could now drive all the way across town (during their limited business hours of course) to pick up my mail. With so many shipping alternatives available, one would think the the USPS at the Olympic Drive location would take customer service more seriously.
