Extremely disappointed in delivery service over the years from this P.O.  Usually, it takes one additional day when things are either sent or delivered.  I've compared by using other nearby offices when mailing things.  So often, on Wednesdays, all I get are 3rd class items and NEVER any first class items in my box.  How can that be --it's been a pattern over the course of many years?  Then, when we had this recent snowfall, which wasn't bad at all -- NOTHING in the mailbox on either Friday or on Saturday (roads were barely wet and no snow or ice on them.  Whatever happened to we deliver in rain, snow, sleet ---???

so disappointed. terrible services, and truly sucks, no redeliver at all.
tried to avoid customer's call and hold for at least 10 mins..
even unkind when they talk on the phone.
especially woman customer representative talks so rude.
still waiting for the redelivery even though I signed the requesting pink slip card several days ago.
they took the redelivery card from the post box, but they said they did not have the redelivery requesting card.
it means the post officer throw it away after they took it and read it.
so weird experience for the first time.

The people are very rude. The explanations are very confusing and it made me feel bad. Even one star is a waste.

My experience is that if they can possibly help, they will. They have been perfectly professional other than one or two folks and the gentleman supervisor went out of his way to correct a poor effort by our delivery driver - made it right the same day with an hour. If they sound rushed or curt I assume it's because they are frequently as busy as humanly possible.

LIARS.

The USPO asked for $7 to have to the package delivered to Chicago in 2 days. It's taking 5 days according to their website.
