Since Nicholson's mail has been going through Commerce the mail service SUCKS...They regularly loose packages, put my neighbors mail in my box, totally incompetent to perform their duties. Go back to your job at Burger King people!!

I at first the mail lady would not deliver any packages to the house because my dogs barked at her through the iron fence. Then I asked them to hold my mail they did. Until one day they just started it back up. Was it a misunderstanding? Why do I also have someone eles mail? It's just frustrating.

My daughter went to Commerce office to ask for help and our Postmaster was not only rude and not helpful to her but also rude to the elderly lady who accompanied her

This is the worst experience I have ever ever had Overnight package was due to be delivered the next day by 12 pm it was delivered at 12:14 pm grant it that is only 14 mins. late but if I were late for my job everyday by 14 mins. I would not have my job very long went back to get refund we of course no refund and I have paper in hand showing it was delivered late talked with Postmaster at Post Office and what a waste of AIR this person is I thought the customer is away's right especially if they have proof the package was late but not this guy what a MORON ... but have gone a step further and contacted the Postmaster General's Office who are now looking into why I did not just get my money back without argument since I had my paperwork in Hand.... also contacted Fox 5 News ... and a few other people it's not the money anymore its the way I was treated by this guy and just wants to argue over a few freakin bucks ....
