Called to ask about a packaged and the guy act like he didn't know who he worked, then he proceeded to give me attitude just for inquiring about my package that was supposed to deliver to our company but didn't because the driver was to lazy to drive around to our loading docks in the back, so he proceeded to leave and said our office was closed! Which we operate from 8-5 mon-Friday! Long story short please try to avoid using them as much as possible if you don't want a headache. Flaustrated right now.

Leon's is a staple of Coal Mountain.  You can fill your car up with gas, go inside and get a real ice cream cone treat, mail a package at this on sight Post Office, buy a few groceries, and check out with the friendly staff.

I guess you should never call after 7pm and inquire about items that were shown as out for delivery at 11am and note that they haven't been received...after the initial terse unprofessional response from whomever answered the phone, you'll get the standard company line about "mail volume" and "90% of the drivers are still out" and lastly "it will all be delivered yet tonight"....on the upside, someone actually answered the phone after 7pm, maybe next time they can let me know upfront that we will be playing the sarcasm game so I can properly contribute on the call instead of just saying thank you. ##Update: delivery at 9:22pm...if there were 1/2 stars and bump this up to 1.5 stars##
