This US Post Office is always busy. It's what you would expect from a post office in downtown. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. If you have any questions you just have to ask and they're more than willing to help. They've in informed me of the best way to ship a package and save me money. They also have all the shipping materials needed right there up front. I always enjoy shipping my packages from this US Post Office.

I drop packages off here on a regular basis as an ebay seller with a daily need to go the post office. The staff are helpful, polite and courteous.  They often go out of their way to help people.  I've seen some very kind actions by staff for customers in line ahead of me.  I can't imagine why this office has such a low rating.  I will go out of my way to go to this site because I know the staff will be polite and helpful AND it boosts the speed of the packages I'm sending.

The lines can get long in peak hours, but the staff are always helpful.

I have had problems since I moved to Frederick. Was returning my mail saying address change unable to forward. Was sent mail my friends that I never got. Now that I moved to a new address Went in on 8/16 placed filled out the change of address card handed it to the clerk was told I would get verification mail never came. Did change online 8.31 as of Saturday 9/9 still getting mail at old address.....boooo KUDOS TO TRACY found my COA and will make sure my mail is sent to correct address
