The staff at this location was amazingly helpful. I was missing a package, and the staff went out of my way to help me locate it. It ended up being just a couple houses down, but I cannot thank them enough for their genuine concern and help. I have had terrible experiences with a previous office where I used to live, and the individual who helped me when I called this location completely changed my mind about USPS. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, and then excitement when I was able to find my package.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The Automated system won't allow you to speak with a person. All I want to know is if they have p.o. box service and how much it cost. Such a easy thing you would think nope. This needs to change its very frustrating talking to a computer.

The staff at the main building are always amazing but as a resident I have had quite a few incidents of my mail getting lost and/or I receive other peoples mail.

Small location, but rarely busy. The PO boxes are well priced.

The employees are so sweet. Went above and beyond to help me get a package delivered that came up with an undeliverable address. Thank you so much. It means more than you can imagine!
