Absolutely appalled by the fact that my mail constantly smells of cigarettes. I do not smoke and it's disgusting that it smells up my home, hands and if I have a package, my clothing. Your drivers habits are not your customers habits. It's highly unprofessional that they are allowed to smoke in a federally funded/provided form of transportation.

I have never had an experience where the staff was friendly....with the exception of the security guard. I wish they would bring back the kiosk. It's crazy that you have to stand in line for 20 minutes to buy a book of stamps or mail a large envelope that previously you could weigh and print a stamp in the foyer and be on your way.

The staff at this post office are unlike the staff at any other post office I've ever been... THEY ARE FRIENDLY! On a regular basis my packages (and I ship a lot) arrive before their estimated date. I'm always confident my packages will get where they need to be and in time when I ship through this location. They will always get my business as long as I live in Enid! Waaaay better and much more professional than the UPS Store on Garriott!

Well, if they would deliver my mail to the right address and vise versa.. I wouldn't be leaving this negative review.

My husband and I have not received mail in over a week. His check was mailed last week and we still have not recieved it or ANY mail for that matter. When we went to report this today at the post office they were not helpful at all. Why isn't our mail getting here? Who is responsible? We have to go without money because someone isn't doing their jobs!!!! I'm very unhappy with the service we haven't recieved and the answers we do NOT have!
