This is by far the worst Post Office I have ever experienced. I bought stamps the first week of December, and had 2 people in front of me. I waited in line for 15 full minutes. The Staff also let two people who finished packaging their items off to the side of the line cut in front of the 6+ people that had been waiting. Fast forward three weeks to today. My package was never delivered on the 12th and lost in the mail. I filed a complaint online only to have a very rude woman call me from The Village Post Office to explain their Policies. She did not even help with my lost package. I asked to speak to someone else who could help and she ignored my question and tried to cut the call off saying it was only meant to explain a policy. I still have a lost package, and no questions answered. I honestly do not know how any of their employees are still employed with them. I've lived all over this state and this is by far the slowest post office and full of the rudest employees imaginable. Avoid at all costs.

There is a bunch of Newmans from Seinfeld working at this place. Stamp machine ripped me off and all sales are final No wonder the cost of stamps is so high, they need the money to keep thier daycare running. America Made Great Again

I've had a plethora of problems with this USPS two being this month. I understand that they have a lot traffic but that is no excuse for the lack of customer service... A lacking that goes up the chain. They said my package was delivered last week, it could have been, but I don't have it. I had to go up there, which is fine but I can't do that all the time. I spoke with the supervisor and she increasingly got more rude asking me if I really work the hours I say I do & if I can't find time to come in (I work about 50 miles away, so no.) I contacted the vendor & they are graciously sending me another package, she brought that up. Relevant? Hardly. I paid & waited on the package from 2 weeks ago, not this one & once the vendor sent the package it was USPS's responsibility. What would have happened if they weren't sending another one? What about time-sensitive packages? I understand accidents happen but again, I'm having repeated issues. I was in there looking for viable solutions to an ongoing problem, I kept it clean & concise giving her my history & different instances where I've been steered wrong by The Village USPS. I've called previously, no answer (i think that's policy but still) I've contacted USPS HQ numerous times, I've signed up for informed mail...what else can I do? I speak to this woman & I was met with an increasingly rude tone & little useful answers. Policy is policy but critical thinking, assuring the customer & productive productivity goes a long way even if it's out of your control. The more questions I asked the more rude she got. If I could I'd have my packages sent another way, I would & if I could I'd give them zero stars because this is not the first, or second or third time. If someone comes across this & knows how I can go about not using USPS or if another USPS is better please let me know.

Second package in 3 months that has not made it to my doorstep. On both occasions the tracking info says it’s out for delivery but never gets dropped off. Post office says my tracking number is not in the system. Both packages over $250 each.
