One star because I cannot give zero. Our packages do not get delivered or even attempted to be delivered. We constantly receive slips to pick up at post office. Sometimes no slip at all in the mailbox and we have to look online to hunt down our packages. When I asked to speak to a manager at the post office, Stephanie replied, “I am the boss.” She was very unhelpful and told me nothing could be done and defended “her drivers.” The package I was picking up wasn’t even at the post office, it was on the truck for delivery again and was still not delivered the second time.

Constantly messing up deliveries, horrible management and I've never once had anyone answer the phone. When you go in, expect to wait 20-30 minutes, all so you can hear about how it's not their fault. I would give zero stars if it were an option.

I work for an office that is serviced by this post office. Our regular post man Jeff is awesome. And the only good thing about this place. When Jeff isn't working, it's all bad. Our packages end up at the wrong address quite often. And if we don't have mail coming to us, they don't check to see if we have outgoing mail, which we usually always do. And then when you try to call, it takes 4 times of calling for someone to answer the phone. And you can almost always bet that the person you talk to will be rude. Not everybody here is bad. Like I said, Jeff is awesome, and some of the up front employees are sweet as can be. But it needs a lot of work and a class on being more civil.

A lot of people like to complain about the post office, claiming they are slow and inefficient and don't do a good job. But I don't know of any other country in the world that has as good a postal service this nation is 3,000 miles wide, and yet it only cost about $0.50 to send a letter from Maine to Hawaii from Alaska to Florida. I think that's a pretty good deal.

First this location has the self service kiosk. Allowing you to weigh packages and print out the postage for US bound packages. The lobby is currently open 24/7 however they have closed the lobby at night in the past. Preventing access to PO Boxs after 6pm and the entire day on Sunday.
Service is not always the most helpful and the management is terrible. The manager is rude and extremely not helpful. They do not like to look in the back for packages that require pick up and have been there for days. They tend to close the system to mail international packages a good 15 to 20 minutes before they are supposed to. Since it requires time and effort to input the information. This location is continually running out of forums and actual postage stamps.
