I dread going here. Prices are always different than online to ship things for whatever reason the clerk decides. Have to pry to get offered the types of shipping I know I should be. Feels like a scam every time.

Awful! Constantly delivering my packages to the wrong address. Mail shows up weeks late sometimes.... I try to use UPS whenever it's possible.

I have lived on the outskirts of Gloucester in Gloucester County for 2 yrs. I received an email from my credit card company today stating to call them as my renewal credit card had been returned. They needed my new address! THANK GOODNESS they called. I had been looking for it. I told them I had not moved, live in the same place. This happened to me years ago by the same post office with another credit card and when it WAS RETURNED TO SENDER by the post office, the bank CLOSED MY ACCOUNT. TWO ACCOUNTS ACTUALLY THEY CLOSED. They must think the post office knows it all. They know only to eat and talk to each other. I called the bank today and told them THANK YOU FOR AT LEAST emailing me. I live here and I live here full time. I am disgusted with these government workers who get paid more than they are worth who DON'T DO THEIR JOB. Sort the mail and deliver it!!! I have not moved. There's a FOR SALE sign in the yard BUT I LIVE HERE!!! Got it GLOUCESTER POST OFFICE!!! . I will be going in there today and you will get this message in person. Thing is, the post office workers talk, laugh and EAT. That's what I have always seen them do. DO YOUR JOB. If you cause me to lose any other accounts because some of these banks think you know how to do your job, they are wrong!!! DO YOUR JOB!! This is the Virginia post office.

Several weeks ago I went in and got a change of address form and I filled it out and went up to the desk and handed it to the women. She looked at it and put my info in and kept asking questions like so you lived here?........ and now... your .. here? And she was giving me a look. She came off rude, Then she was prying into my business by asking me why it took so long to change my address. And i told her it was personal. She was rude. She also told me it would take ONE week for my address to change. And it hasnt!! Its still at the same old one and I have w2s coming in and because of them I may not get them. I just went online and had to fill out a form there and got charged for it. So im gonna be very very mad if they dont change it this time! Very frustrating.
