I had the best customer service experience yesterday. At 4:50 PM, 10 minutes to closing, our business mail had still not arrived. I called the post office, fully expecting no one to answer the phone as in the past. I actually got through to someone who said they'd check the status of our carrier and call me back. Again, I fully expected to not receive a call back. However, about 3 minutes later, he did call me back! I was informed our mail carrier had an appointment and had to return some of her mail to the post office, where they were waiting for another carrier to come take it. The man I spoke with suggested he pull ours out and I could come pick it up. We're 2 minutes from the post office so that was awesome! He met me outside and personally handed me our mail. After some bad experiences with this post office, I was SO impressed!!

I applied and paid for my keys on September 12. It's now been a month and I still have no key. I have picked up my mail two times both times I was told that the federal government did not have the funds for my keys. I found that odd since I paid 20 dollars for my keys. This is a huge issue because the bills that I have. These people do not care if I have a key they just want the money they are owed. Something has got to give. I have been patiently waiting for them to come out but nothing seems to be happening on your end.

nerve wracking. Sometimes I get mail long after dark. Never know when I'll get it. None of them , carriers included, are courteous or friendly. They're too busy talking on their cell phones. Poor service.

Dont answer phone u havent been getting mail in weeks and my mail carrier has been holding my mail without my permission or any hold request Update 2017 this location needs to be shut down or hire all new staff this is ridiculous and the have lost slot of my mail . I'm calling the state or gov to handle this issue
