This post office is absolutely horrible! My tracking stated that my rather expensive package was delivered and there was no package at my house. I called the post office and it took several attempts to get someone to answer. The person on the phone was borderline rude when he explained to me that my package had to have been delivered because that is what the tracking said. He then stated that he would call the person who supposedly delivered the package and give me a call back with information. I then asked what happens if they can not find the package and he replied that there is nothing they will do and I am out the full cost of the item. I have not received any calls back and they will not answer the phone when I attempt to call. These people are rude and completely incompetent. If i have the option I will gladly pay more to have a different carrier deliver my packages. I will avoid the USPS at all costs after this!

I live on a sailboat. I had lost my wallet in the water almost two weeks ago now, and had them mail my replacement bank card here, via general delivery. I waited the 5-7 business days which, given the weekend, took more. I call the place, and the guy tells me they don't do general delivery there, and anything general delivery gets returned to sender. This means I have to find another post office, hope I have enough gas on my boat to get myself to it, and go another ten days or so without money, which really sucks cause I was already almost out of food, all because this branch is too stupid to do general delivery.

Staff was helpful when I was trying to deliver a large package of cards and helped me save money by helping me move the cards into a flatrate box. Saved about $15.

Great service and friendly people inside the post office. The only problem I have with this post office is that my mail doesn't hit my mail box sometimes until after 6 pm.
