The majority of the staff are burnt out, unprofessional and lack customer service skills. Most of them don't even acknowledge your presence. A package being delivered to me was being tracked and notifications were requested. Four days after an "out for delivery" notification was received, and no package arrived, I visited the post office. Since no other tracking updates were posted, I presented my id and asked for my package. One of the post office representatives REFUSED to look in the back in an attempt to locate my package, saying - as she was walking away - that I'll receive tomorrow. Absolutely disgusting. "Tomorrow" came and went... Still No Package. Remove the Cancer, Replace with helpful employees that actually want the job.

I must have gotten there at the right time. There were only 2 people in front of me and 4 postal workers. I needed to mail a package and ask questions about a previous tenets mail. She was all business. Not rude, just business. I wasn't offended, after all, I wasn't there to chat and the line was now out the door! I'm not sure about the accusations of the other charges previously posted, I wish that those commenting would update. There is a ramp for wheelchairs and automatic sliding doors. Adequate room for wheelchair or scooter to navigate roped off waiting line. Plenty of handicap parking in front.

Have had several packages left at wrong address, thank God for honest neighbors. No mail delivery for over 3 days in my neighborhood because of snow. I did 26 years with PO and delivered on foot if we couldn't drive it. Have seen no effort made.

Never a very positive experience. There’s a good reason private sector does this so much better!

It amazes me that government employee's can be this rude and incompetent. My wish is for some of these lifer's working here to get out in the real world and have their own business and treat customers like this.
