I had the WORST experience here yesterday . ALVIS the older women that works there needs to be fired, I work in customer service so I know the struggle but I’ve never been disrespected on the level that I was with that lady. The reason for me coming there was to pick up a package that they couldn’t deliver because they couldn’t get into my apartment complex . As I arrived at the counter to get my package she told me that I had to pay $30 to pick up my package because the company I order my things from only paid $9 for one pound of the package and since my package weighed 9 pounds I owed here $30 . I was appalled because I never heard of that and asked her how could that be because ? If you do simple math if they paid $9 for 1 pound then I should of been required to pay $72 for the other 8 pounds . I ended up paying the $30 but I feel like this lady really took advantage of me. I will be contacting the regional directs as well as the manager for that store. Because that usps is a mess.

Terrible experience. Lost mail (multiple occasions), received other people's mail - completely incompetent. It is no wonder that the USPS is tanking.
