Management is nice. Staff is friendly. However...the carrier for my route seems to change monthly. They often don't handle scheduled package pick up requests correctly and are often taught that skill after I bring the issue to the managements attention. They do what they can to handle my concerns. I wish the training was more complete so I wouldn't have these issues so often.

The clerks here are very kind and knowledgeable, and they have to deal with a lot of nasty people who don't want to listen. I came in the other day and a gentleman was arguing with the young man because he wouldn't tape his box and told him to step to side and finish getting ready and he would take him right back. The gentleman held up the line for 20 mins berating the clerk essentially because he couldn't get his way and to add insult to injury his next customer was having issues with mail delivery and yelling at him like he had anything to do with it, he doesn't deliver the mail he wouldn't know why your carrier did or did not do something so again there was no need to yell and berate him for something that was out of his control. I think we can all have better experiences at the Post Office if we just listen to what they tell us to do. It's their job and they are only trying to help. I can only imagine what they have to go through daily from irrational customers and people wonder why postal employees are so grumpy.

Don't recommend going here. I went here for a passport, called and made an appointment in advance. The day of I go in and they inform me their photo machine is broken and has been for weeks, as has their copier machine. They don't inform you they tack on their own fee on top of the posted charge for a passport that the US website tells you. If the normal is 195 for am expedited passport, expect to be paying 250$ or more. I didn't understand why the place was rated so low. Now I know.

Horrible place! Never have mailbox keys made when they say they are gonna be done this is the second time this has happened! How do you tell someone that there key for their mailbox would be ready one week and I wait 2 weeks just to make sure the keys would be done and of course still not done! Don't go here if you need anything done!

Ugly little post office no automated services. Building is old and rundown. Like something from the third world.
