My communal (residential and adjacent businesses) box was knocked over. After nearly a week, I stopped in to inquire on mail and RO status, only to find out they were not aware of the situation. I (as the other recipients) assumed it had been conveyed. Somehow it wasn't noted, and I had no incoming mail for the near week any would have been undeliverable by the carrier, due to the box's horizontal position.

Screwed up our mail forwarding after we had already paid for it and had to figure out on our own when we didnt get any mail from our previous address, they didnt even offer to fix it. Other encounters were ok but not the greatest customer service.

I had a problem with a lazy carrier who didn’t want to bring packages to the door but they seem to have remedied that. Recently I had an online order where the shipper totally screwed up the ship-to address. It went from FedEx to USPS in Forest Lake where they opened the package, looked up the zip and got it to me where I was staying in another city. Good job USPS.

My firsthand experience has been just fine-the same as any Post Office. You should at least bring back the stamp vending for after hours, though, if not a couple other conveniences. The town is growing...

PS-after visiting the USPS in Fridley, I have to say this one is WAY better!

If I could give this PO zero stars I would. After a temporary mail forwarding request expired they started returning our mail to the senders. It never occurred to them that I would return to my address again. When I asked why they didn't resume delivery of my mail, they couldn't offer a reasonable response other than the carrier will be notified that we returned. Now we have to chase down all of the mail they should not have returned. Mostly important letters and packages of course. Terrible customer service!!!
