If you have time sensitive stuff that needs to be post marked by a certain date or shipped on time, don't bother taking things to this post office.  We have dropped off packages at least four times several hours before closing time that take several days to post and just lost out on a rebate because it took five business days for a small letter that was handed to an employee to make it over to where they post mark items.  - and we handed it over days before it needed to be postmarked by.   Seriously pissed off right now.  Next time, I'll just take my things to FedEx and pay the bit of extra money to have my things handled in a timely manner.

Seriously the rudest people ever. It's Christmas time and they are absolutely unprofessional. They expect you to know exactly what to do when coming into the office as if we do this for our living. One woman behind the counter threw 2 packages very hard into a bin and was extremely awful to a man in front of us. He didn't speak very great English and she taunted, cussed at him and treated him extremely poorly because of this.

This place is a Joke.. package scheduled for delivery on Thur/ Nothing . Then Text notice Friday Early am that delivery attempt made and Notice left ? No knock , No Notice ?? Tried calling and tell me 1-2 Hr hold Time .. No wonder the USPS is Broke...

I am extremely pissed !  The Lady working behind the counter is not professional at all   she would not accept my credit card because it said  SEE ID  come on I use it everywhere,, don't worry I will not be back to the USPS again for package sending....  UPS has my business from now on  !!!

They have always been very nice and helpful to me. They do need a bigger post office though to serve Wentzville and Lake St Louis area.
