Spoiler alert: sometimes the post office is crowded. This is a small post office in a small town so at busy times of year, there will be a line and the parking lot will be crowded. 
The staff here is great: super pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Always with a smile.
There is no Automated Postal Center or package drop-off after hours. There is a mailbox by the front door so you can mail letters after hours (and access PO Boxes).

Short lines, excellent service. But don't tell anyone. Don't want too many people knowing about this diamond in the rough.

Good and quick service if not busy but can have long lines at times. Be prepared to wait at peak times and heaven help you if you have to go on tax day...that goes for any post office!

It's a post office. I like the small size. It matches the town Cottleville perfectly.
