I feel like there's an unnecessary wait each time I go there. But no complaint about the staff just that they should ask someone else to the front if it gets busy.

Honestly you're the worst post office to ever hit the face of the planet and you're wrong and I hate you. I just wanted my supreme socks and now my feet are cold. You don't understand the life of a hype beast. Go out of business

They are fast and knowledgeable with the best way to mail, prices, and packaging.

They are not helpful at all, staff is rude, they don't have time to look for my package, but they have time to talk for 5 minutes to another customer about things that are not mail related.

Basically having the same issues with packages as another reviewer.  THREE PACKAGES LOST, GUYS. HAD to get a PO Box just because they cant do their jobs. They blamed it on "children in my neighborhood" but we've had other small issues with our mail person and mail. It's all been pretty awful, honestly. My first complaint went completely unattended by their supervisor. They're not too friendly either, I was definitely treated less than right off the bat. If they'd do their jobs right maybe they wouldn't have to deal with issues. (I'm hoping this post doesn't mean more of my mail gets messed with, awful I should even be worried about such!) Wish I knew who to really complain to.
