They left a door tag so I went to pickup my package the next day and nobody can find it. I was told I would get a call. I did not so I went back. The lady act like she was mad at me for coming back. I just want my package am I.

I ordered a package when I tracked it, it said my package was returned. I called the post office who informed me they didnt return it the sender requested it back. Called party city to figure out why they returned my package they said they NEVER returned it especially not over the weekend because they're closed the post office did! I've been calling for two hour and they will no longer answer the phone I'm going to report them to Corperate office. The worst customer service ever!!!

Avoid this location  and go down to Webb Rd.  They're rude and miserable, make a lot of errors and the lobby is too small, so everyone is packed like sardines.

I had a package being delivered when I tracked it, it said they turned it over to this post office. I have yet to receive it and they do no pick up the phone EVER!!!!
