I have had multiple late deliveries from this post office. I will look up my tracking number, and it will say “out for delivery” and then my customer gets her package 3 days later. I’m so frustrated and will not be sending anything else through usps to here. Unfortunelty, I’ll have to pay more money to do another mailing service to insure my customers actually get their items on time. 😑

I have not had the pleasure to use this Post Office, but if one of their carriers that I have dealt with is just an inkling of their intelligience then you folks in Monroe have a hard row to sow. Good luck going foward.

Had mail held for a week, did not deliver mail on the date we requested delivery to resume!

Great post office. Always friendly, rarely crowded. Plus the carriers at our place in the country are super too!
