On Saturday, 12/16, I mailed 7 packages from another post office in Columbia, MD (because they were open late), full credit to them. All packages were for West Coast addresses. As of this evening, Thursday, 12/21: 2 packages have been delivered, 4 are in transit, and 1 has been processed in Baltimore and then resent to this post office in Columbia (why back to Columbia!?). After six days in transit it has rested in this Columbia post office for going on 2 days. ***What possibly could be the reason for the back track, let alone the hold up!?***

They only get a star at all because the location is always clean inside. I've had packages delivered to my old address that were addressed to my p.o. box. I normally have a hard time getting my packages on time, even though tracking says it's been delivered to the po. Also, the staff could use an attitude adjustment. I mean if you lost my mail, why are you giving me attitude?

2.5 hours at the post office for a passport is way too long. The service was good though so that helps with the wait.

It’s as if the man in Passport Services went out of his way to be rude and unhelpful. Unbelievable. He cut me off mid sentence, saying “I can just take pictures”. Wouldn’t even answer a simple question, rather he grabbed the renewal application from my hand and pointed at the instructions.

Ripoff. Just to use an inch long tape you have to buy the tape. I understand they have to make money but at least come up with a valid value proposition to make money. Instead of selling dumb pack of tape.
