The employees here are so surely and rude.  They do not speak or explain anything.  I'm almost impressed with their level of alof uncaring.  Even when all goes smoothly and according to plan they are just too busy to be nice or speak to you.

Worst post office ever. They lost 3 of my packages and they acted like it was my fault. Put me on hold for 30 mins and couldn't find the packages. Mind Blown. The lady, Linda, very rude. Really didn't want to help me at all. Linda...new flash..get a new job if you don't like dealing with people.

I believe people holding any government job need to be evaluated often and needs to be moved if they are not up to the standard.  This lady would not even give me a chance to explain my situation.  She told me to hush and told me, "This transaction is done."  I tried to explain again.  She raised her voice and said, "What did I just say?  This transaction is over."  People at this office have no idea how rude they are and what they are doing

This most be the worst Post Office in US. This people act like  they are providing favors not a service. Many time package have stayed at their facilities for days until I called to make them finish the delivery.  I feel I want to move out of Catonsville.

Riddle me this: The Halethorpe post office honors my forwarding service, and transfers my package to the Catonsville post office. The Catonsville post office does not honor my forwarding service, and delivers my package to my old address in Halethorpe. Why is it that, when I call the Catonsville office to get the mistake corrected, they force me to call the Halethorpe office to retrieve my package? The Catonsville delivery person was totally fine bringing my package to the wrong address in a zone where they don't deliver. I figured they would be fine fixing their own mistake. I couldn't get that message across to the person who answered the phone at Catonsville. They were too busy talking over me and trying to get me off the phone as fast as possible before they had to (Oh, dear God. No!) actually help a customer.
