The hotel is well located. The rooms well maintained. Jessica at the front desk was amazing. Our room was very nice, jetted tub, big shower big bed. Fire pit outside, complementary wine and cheese and bikes! We went to riva grill for dinner right across the street where they have coupons for.

The room was lovely, greatly enjoyed the hot tub/shower combo. The bed was a little harder than we would have personally liked. Would have given a 5 star if the heater didn't sound like a jet liner landing next to us. It woke us up constantly which wasn't favorable. I feel bad that I didn't complain to see how they would have dealt with it. The air conditioner filter was very dirty. My man cleaned it when we arrived. As he is involved in this line of work he always take a it upon himself to check and clean them if they need it.

Uniquely inviting for our Tahoe visit. Our room was cozy(fireplace and spa), staff was friendly and efficient, great location, and we felt an overall generally nice warm feeling here at Postmarc. This was beautifully comfortable space.

Let's face it, the only reason you will come here is the hot tubs in rooms. And you'll probably get sick of them by the time your stay is over. Still worth staying here though, despite some small shortcomings.

The room and facilities were clean and had a nice contemporary feel because everything was updated in 2015. The environment was great and the hotel was centrally located. Only reason not 5 stars was the in-room TV was not working. Would definitely stay there again.
