We were aggressively approached by the security guy of the hotel who was asking us about our service dog. This was after we got a confirmation that we could bring a dog and after we already checked in. This rude security person told us can stay but the dog must leave immediately. The entire experience was emotionally stressful. We stayed because it was too late and I was after 3 hours of driving... but we left one day early. We informed the hotel manager. The rest of the staff were really nice and supportive. But it was that one guy who managed to ruin their reputation. unfortunately for them and for us.

Our room was great with a beautiful view of the lake! Clean rooms, comfortable beds. However, Security needs better communication, they were in our room, while we were out to dinner to check a report of gas smell that ended up being next door. Everything was fine but there was no call or note that explained why someone had entered the room. Our door had been propped open and I called the front desk and then security to get an explanation.

We booked early and for the price, got an amazing deal on a 2 bedroom deluxe unit. Parking is a mess and the lot is usually full. Valet is complimentary, but with 3 kids, it's also a pain in the butt. You can't choose whether or not you get a lake view, either. However, customer service is great. They were able to get our room ready an hour early for check-in and when we had an issue with the heater, an engineer was sent out immediately to fix it. Locations is also great!

Close to the water front. Only a few rooms with lake view. Restaurant has a simple menu, but good food. Has a sports bar outside the restaurant doorway, which you can sit and eat at, in that area. Pool and two spas in the pool area. Landscaping is beautiful around the Resort, clean, friendly staff and helpful. Lots of shopping in walking distance.

Hotel is beautiful, no complaints whatsoever about the room or hotel itself. Check in was quick and easy...but we went to the concierge desk to see what discounts came with our stay, and they tried to sell us a membership upgrade. I said no thank you in four different ways, but they persisted anyway and it turned into almost an argument. I was very uncomfortable. I eventually interrupted and told them I was going to my room and walked away (respectfully). The parking is tight but they offer a free valet service with amazing customer service. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, just watch out for that concierge desk... They are like car salesmen! Just doing their job, but it made me uncomfortable and I will avoid it again in the future.
